Our “WHY” comes from the past. It’s an origin story. It’s a statement of who we are and a sum total of all of our beliefs and values. The “WHY” is like the foundation of a house. It’s the starting point. It gives whatever we build on it strength and permanence.

My Trainer “WHY” is to serve, love, and help others become better versions of themselves.

It’s not just about physical fitness.

  • It’s about creating relationships a mile deep and not just a mile wide.
  • It’s about helping grandmas get fit enough to have more energy than their grandkids.
  • It’s about helping lonely people find a new community of friends they soon grow to call family.
  • It’s about helping new moms re-find their strength so that they can pour into their own cups and be able to pour into others.
  • It’s about helping people find a new, healthy addiction to moving their bodies rather than polluting them.
  • It’s about helping people move from “incapable” to empowered.
  • It’s about being grateful not only for a strong body but an even stronger mind.
