Move of the Day (MOTD)

Today’s MOTD is the Overhead Pause Squat. You can do this with dumbbells or a barbell.

Only go down into the squat as much as your feet can be flat on the ground.  If they come off the ground, that is your stopping place, and you should work on stretching your hips to be able to accommodate a deeper squat.  


Nutrition

1 or 2 cheat meals a week aren’t going to destroy your physique. Do it. Enjoy it. And move on. It’s called the 80/20 rule.
