Stay tall and keep your chest lifted throughout the movement. Make sure you land your feet flat on the ground.

Many people use the app MyFitnessPal to track what they eat and to log their exercise. But no app is perfect.
What I love about MyFitnessPal: You can track your foods, calories, and even macros.
What I don’t love about MyFitnessPal: It tries to tell you how many calories you’ve burned. That is a pure estimation and is often false. Track your food, but don’t rely on the estimated calorie burn!
