Move of the Day (MOTD)
Today’s MOTD is the Squat.
Before you add weights to this movement, pay attention to several things:
1 — Hips go as far back as you can get them.
2 — Knees are 90 degrees over the ankle
3 — Knees should point in the same direction as your toes.
Nutrition
A big hack to losing weight is finding your favorite foods and learning how to make/buy them at a lower calorie level.
I can have pizza, apple pie, brownies, and tacos and be in a calorie deficit!!
