Move of the Day (MOTD)

Today I have three moves for you:

1 – The McGill Crunch

2 – Side Plank Holds

3 – Bird Dogs

I’ve included all 3 of these for Neuro-activation. When you sit for long periods, you tend to forget how to use certain muscles. Do these before a workout to “wake up” the glutes, core, and chest.
