Do you have a good food/bad food mentality? That’s often the reason people fail in their weight loss journey.  When you have a bad relationship with food, you’ll label foods good and bad.  

Yes, there are definitely foods that are extremely high in calories and other chemicals that are best to avoid or eat on rare occasions. What I try to teach my clients is an “all things in moderation” approach. This is not an easy path either, but over time you will keep the weight off.
