Nutrition

Burger Bowl Recipe:

  • 4-6 oz. ground turkey. I cook a lot ahead of time to save prep time.
  • 1 small sweet potato, cooked and chopped
  • 1 small avocado, sliced
  • Any assortment of kale, spinach, romaine, or iceberg lettuce

Mix in a large bowl and enjoy! Goes great with a low-cal sauce like honey mustard or low sugar bbq sauce!
