Ha! I may not want to admit this, but yes, it’s true. I may motivate you to an extent, but the most successful people will talk themselves into following their goals. 


MOVE OF THE DAY (MOTD)

Today’s move of the day: Burpees

There are various modifications for this move:

1 – Take out the jump.

2 – Don’t come all the way up to a stand, but stay on the bottom half of the burpee.

3 – Don’t go to the ground, but just squat and pop up quickly.
