Another tip for staying on track:

Make a note about how you feel after you eat certain foods.

I LOVE PIZZA! … But pizza doesn’t love me.

I used to wonder why I always felt gross and bloated after eating a Meat Lover’s Stuffed Crust! 

It couldn’t possibly be because of all the salt and added chemicals they put in that delicious comfort food! 

So now I think twice before I eat it. I definitely don’t crave it. Not saying I have sworn it off, but it’s no longer on high rotation!
