Today’s move of the day: Drag Bicep Curls

Nutrition
An underrated habit is creating a meal schedule that works for you and sticking to it. Doing this puts your hunger on autopilot.
What I do:
- First meal, around 9:30-10 am = high protein
- Second meal, around 3pm = high protein
- Third meal, around 5pm = high protein with a little bit of carbs to help with sleep
I may move those around at times, but I find it’s easiest to stick to a good schedule.
