Since I talked about sleep being #1 yesterday, I thought I should give you some tips to make sleep quality better. It’s not just about getting 7-8 hours of sleep, it’s also about getting the most out of your sleep!
For today: Your bedroom should only be for sleep. This means eliminating your TV, work, and cell phone. Leave them in another room!
