- Low willpower
- Low energy levels — We are tired
- Need an “emotional” break
- Food is a reward
- Thoughts like, “I’ll start tomorrow”
When these types of thoughts creep in, it’s good to have a plan of attack … like simple and healthy options to enjoy that won’t max out your calorie goal!
I like to have a simple plan:
- Popcorn
- Cereal with protein milk
- Protein bar — I like Quest or Pure Protein
