I’m guilty of not getting enough water. I just get tired of it, especially when I need it so much! I love to flavor my water. I’m way more likely to reach for it. 

Another thing, try adding electrolytes like LMNT to your water. 

Every time you pee, you’re peeing out water and electrolytes like sodium, potassium, and magnesium. You may as well put more in your water to keep up with these vital electrolytes!!
