I know I talk a lot about being strong and determined to reach your goals, but let me also remember that I serve a God who can do what I cannot. Let me remember that I am only human and dependent on Him to help me. God is our strength!

Notice his soft landing — knees bend to provide shock absorption. Start with light weights and practice a soft landing.
