Today’s move of the day: Flat Dumbbell Tricep Extensions
Nutrition
Overnight oats!
- ½ c oats
- ⅔ c milk of choice
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- ½ C blueberries
Combine all ingredients except berries in a container. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Next day, top with blueberries!
