Move of the Day (MOTD)

Today’s MOTD is the Bench Dip.

This is a great tricep move, but pay close attention to where your body is in relation to the bench … the closer the better. If you go too far out, you can injure your shoulder.  


Nutrition

The best way to stay consistent with your diet is to have a steady menu of go-to recipes that are within your calorie/macronutrient needs. My go-to breakfast is protein pancakes:

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup of pancake mix
  • 1 scoop of protein powder
  • ½ cup of egg white or 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt

Mix the ingredients and add a little bit of water until the batter is just right for pancakes.  Prepare and enjoy!
