MOVE OF THE DAY (MOTD)

Today’s MOTD is the Suitcase Deadlift (also called Dumbbell Squat).

Keep your chest lifted and look straight ahead.

Think about what your life would look like if you were at your goal weight.  How would you act? What would your habits look like? Would things be different? Probably.  A great way to change your habits is to start living in a way that reflects the person who is doing it right.  

Here are some examples of someone with a healthy habit lifestyle:

  • Schedules their day around fitness and nutrition.
  • Goes to bed as early as possible to get enough sleep.
  • Tracks food and water intake
  • Tracks emotions and triggers that cause poor eating habits.
